DELEGATES PLEASE NOTE:  By submitting this registration you hereby confirm that you wish to register for the 2020 FAPSA Conference under the following conditions:

• Registration is for the full conference, from Wednesday, 24 June 2020 – Friday 26 June 2020. Lunches, and a gala evening are included.
• The personal details supplied in the registration form are the correct details of the delegate that will be attending the conference. If another person is to attend as a substitute, FAPSA will be informed prior to the conference.
• My institution/organization/department will transfer the applicable conference fee into the FAPSA Bank account before 07 May 2020
  If this registration is cancelled less than 14 days before the conference, OR if I do not attend the conference, I accept that the full conference fee will be payable.
• The Registration fee DOES NOT include accommodation and travel.
