DELEGATES PLEASE NOTE:  By submitting this registration you hereby confirm that you wish to register for the 2026 FAPSA Conference under the following conditions:

• Registration is for the full conference, from Wednesday 30 September – Friday 2 October 2026. Lunches, and a gala evening are included.
• The personal details supplied in the registration form are the correct details of the delegate that will be attending the conference. If another person is to attend as a substitute, FAPSA will be informed prior to the conference.
• My institution/organisation/department will transfer the applicable conference fee into the FAPSA Bank account before 30 June (early bird) and 11 September (late registration)
  If this registration is cancelled less than 14 days before the conference, OR if I do not attend the conference, I accept that the full conference fee will be payable.
• The conference fee covers FAPSA Membership Fee, Gala dinner, conference fee, goody bag and refreshments.
• A Maximum of 250 delegates will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Institutions must make their own travel and accommodation arrangements. A maximum of 5 delegates per Institution /Educational NGO and a maximum of 2 delegates per Provincial Department of Education and any other organisation are hereby invited.
• The conference fee DOES NOT include accommodation and travel; therefore, delegates who will need accommodation must make their own bookings.
• Note:  Attendees who will arrive on Tuesday, 29 September, should include their meals in their accommodation booking for the days preceding the conference.
