There are four exhibitor packages on offer as detailed below.

Platinum edition R 30 000  (Tickets for this option are limited – first-come-first-served – 1 available)

• Maximum exposure during conference. Including advertising before and after 1 available
• 3 delegates from the sponsoring organisation at the Conference and gala dinner

Gold edition R 26 000

• 3 delegates from the sponsoring organisation at the Conference and gala dinner
• 15 minutes talk time at the Conference and/or gala dinner for the sponsors (only)
• Exhibitor’s table at the Conference
• Sponsor mentioned in our programme and website for Conference registration

Silver edition R 17 200

• 2 delegates from the sponsoring organisation at the Conference
• 5 minute talk time on the last day of the conference.
• Exhibitor’s table at the Conference
• Sponsor mentioned in our programme and website for Conference registration

Bronze edition R14 375

• 2 delegates from the sponsoring organisation at the Conference
• Exhibitor’s table at the Conference

EXHIBITORS PLEASE NOTE: By submitting this registration, you hereby confirm that you wish to register as an exhibitor for the 2025 FAPSA Conference under the following conditions:

• Registration is for the full conference, from Monday, 20 – 22 October 2025. Lunches, and a gala evening are included.
• Tables and chairs will be provided at the venue.
• The personal details supplied in the registration form are the correct details of the delegate/s that will be attending the conference. If another person is to attend as a substitute, FAPSA will be informed prior to the conference.
• My institution/organisation/department will transfer the applicable conference fee into the FAPSA Bank account before 23 September 2025

If this registration is cancelled less than 14 days before the conference, OR if I do not attend the conference, I accept that the full conference fee will be payable.

Kindly note: The Registration fee DOES NOT include accommodation and travel.
