• 15 minutes presentation
• Premium exhibitor table at the main entrance
• Prominent recognition in the conference programme and website

Gold edition R 40 00 (Tickets for this option are limited—first-come, first-served—3 available)

• 3 delegate registrations
• A screen is permitted
• 10-minutes presentation
• Exhibitor table at the conference
• Recognition in the conference programme and website

Silver edition R 30 000 (Tickets for this option are limited—first-come, first-served—4 available)

• 2 delegate registrations
• 5-minutes presentation on the final day
• Exhibitor table
• Recognition in the conference programme and website

 Bronze edition R20 000 (Tickets for this option are limited – first-come-first-served – 5 available)

• 2 delegates from the sponsoring organisation at the conference
• Exhibitor’s table at the conference

EXHIBITORS PLEASE NOTE: By submitting this registration, you hereby confirm that you wish to register as an exhibitor for the 2026 FAPSA Conference under the following conditions:

• Registration covers the full conference programme, including refreshments, networking sessions, and gala dinner – from Wednesday, 30 September – Friday, 2 October 2026
• Tables and chairs will be provided at the venue.
• Delegate details submitted must be accurate; any substitutions must be communicated in advance
• Cancellations within 14 days of the conference, or non-attendance, will result in full payment being due
• My institution/organisation/department will transfer the applicable conference fee into the FAPSA Bank account before 31 August 2026

If this registration is cancelled less than 14 days before the conference OR if I do not attend the conference, I accept that the full conference fee will be payable.

Kindly note: The registration fee DOES NOT include accommodation and travel.
